WHEN ONE FEELS NOTHING BUT TORMENTED #MIDNIGHTTHOUGHTS #3
**Wouldn't want to make this much long for you**
Before you read: Yes, for all those guys following our work weekly, you probably have seen me writing this sentence pretty often. And yeah, I'd say it again if needed.
It's not so certain for one to feel postive at all times, there are other times you can feel too much negative about stuff. Things you may feel are not worth it but... (you might even be able to make out the rest what i was going to say)
WHILE AT SOME POINTS YOU FEEL NOTHING BUT TORMENTED.FULL OF DISGUST FOR EVERYTHING.EVEN AFTER KNOWING YOUR ATTITUDE's BEEN DEGRADING EVERYTIME SOMEONE TRIES TO COMMUNICATE TO YOU. YOU KNOW IT'S WRONG BUT YOU JUST FAIL TO FIGHT WITH THE URGE TO BE RUDE TO ANYONE WHO WANTS YOU TO OPEN UP TO 'EM. AND MAYBE YOU ARE JUST LIVING UP TO BEING IN DENIAL MOST OF THE TIMES.
There can be various number of reasons and possibilities for one to be like that. For one to feel like that. Stressed, confused, clueless and the rest. For which you can justify your later influence towards people on it's basis. Your own actions, sometimes can result as other reasons that can make one feel pretty much tormented all of the time. Emotional pain or hurt that originates from non-physical sources. Sometimes this emotional distress is the result of the actions of others. Again, it might be the result of regret, grief, or loss too. Yes, at times even feeling to be just lost in a bottomless pit of despair.
I hope I managed to make my point cleared to ya'll.
And just wanted you to knowIT WAS ACCEPTABLE. YES IT'S SO OKAY FOR YOU TO BE AND FEEL THIS WAY (at times) Everyone (include me too;) won't really like to admit it but for once and for all just so that you know, people do end up crying in ways if you'd probably think of your own reasons, you'll feel a lot satisfied for not being in their shoes and nor having to face what they have. And these days, (especially now) its more than common for people being this way.
And, if you need to wallow, wallow. But do it constructively.
People in order to get rid of what they are feeling, they overlap and supress their own emotions. While i'll say suppressing your feelings and emotions may seem like a strategic way to cope with the negative symptoms of your slump. But either way, this tactic is ULTIMATELY UNHEALTHY !
If you’re having a down day, have at it. Let yourself feel the emotions. But DON'T STAY THERE.
I might tell, consider writing (if you willing to) about what you’re experiencing. Then, when it lifts, write about that, too.
Seeing the ebb and flow of bad symptoms can be instructive for both self-healing and hope.
Lastly You are strong enough to get though anything and you will❤️

I tried. Well take it under consideration afterall it's a month of in-activity, i hope you'll be able to forgive me up for a mistake or two. Either way THANKYOU FOR ALWAYS SUPPORTING AND SORRY FOR NOT WRITING FOR SO LONG. And I would be really looking forward to your comments and and views on this week's one.
